What CourtQuant Does

CourtQuant is an informational NBA analytics app. It provides live game insights, signals, and performance views. CourtQuant does not place bets, process wagers, or connect to sportsbooks.

Information We Collect

CourtQuant may collect the following data types for app functionality:

• Purchases: Subscription purchase/renewal status (handled by Apple, verified via RevenueCat).
• Identifiers: An anonymous app user identifier used by RevenueCat to validate and restore Pro access.
• Device Identifiers (non-advertising): Limited device-level identifiers used for subscription verification and fraud prevention.

We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and we do not perform cross-app tracking.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal profile information (name, address, phone number)
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Health, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal data
• Advertising data used for cross-app tracking

Information We Access

To provide the service, CourtQuant accesses:

• NBA Game Data: Publicly available game and scoreboard data from NBA.com JSON endpoints.
• Subscription Status: Subscription verification via RevenueCat to determine Pro feature access.

Third-Party Services

CourtQuant uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Subscription management and entitlement verification. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store: Payment processing and subscription management. Apple Privacy Policy
• NBA.com Data Endpoints: Public endpoints used to retrieve game data (no user account data is accessed).

Data Storage

CourtQuant stores some minimal data locally on your device, such as:

• App preferences (stored only on your device)
• Any locally saved selections (e.g., favorites/watchlist if enabled)

This local data is not sold and is not used for advertising tracking.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only as needed to operate subscriptions (Apple for payments; RevenueCat for verifying Pro access).

Children's Privacy

CourtQuant is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.
